Czech & Slovak Packaging Institute SYBA brings together and promotes the interests of entities active in the packaging sector, packaging, packaging devices, packaging materials, packaging machinery, as well as the interests of manufacturers of packaged goods related to packaging.
The institute was founded in the early 1990s and its name is anchored in an acronym derived from the words SYstémy BAlení (packaging systems).
The Institute is open to all interested parties, especially manufacturers and suppliers of packaging technology and packaged goods, and of course also to providers of packaging services or education in the field of packaging and packaging processes. SYBA provides a number of benefits and services to its members.
SYBA works closely with a number of professional associations and federations as well as educational institutions and testing institutes.
